Dr. NG Chi Ho was appointed as an executive director on 1 September 2002, he is the founder, chairman and chairman of the corporate governance committee of the Group.

Dr. NG Man Cheuk, Alfred was appointed as an executive director on 1 May 2015, and was appointed as chief executive officer of the Group on 1 July 2023.
