1.Degree or above in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
2.Minimum 2 years working experience preferably with electronic product knowledge under EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) consumer electronics environment;
3.Strong Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge and analytical skills. Possess of Lean Six Sigma Certificate is an added advantage;
4.Full understanding and experience in utilizing 8D problem solving tools;
5.Experience in internal KPI Management;
6.Involvement in New Product Introduction (NPI);
7.Possess strong interpersonal, communication and a good team player;
8.Good command of written English and Mandarin;
9.Willingness to work full time in Dongguan, China.
